RCRA - Lake Stephens RV Campground

The Lake Stephens RV Campground offers 100 RV Campsites.  Each site has a picnic table and parking for two vehicles.  RV Campground is opened from April 15th to October 15th.  The Campground Store and office is located at the entrance across from the tent camping area. The RV Camp has shower and restroom facilities, handi-capped restroom and showers, laundry, play area, basketball court, pull thru sites with full hookups (electric, water, sewer).

No tents are permitted inside the RV Park.  If you need a tent site, one can be rented at the Campground Office.

You must purchase a permit to wash any RV.  Permits may be purchased at the Campground Store Office during regular business hours.

 

NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN FOR WEATHER

Reservations
  • Reservation requests may be made beginning April 02.   Reservations postmarked before April 02 will be returned.  Phone reservations and walk-in requests will also be accepted at this time
  • Campsite reservations may be made in writing or by calling the Park Office at 1-800-786-8430 or (304) 934-5323 or by calling the campground office at (304) 934-5322.
  • Reservations may be made up to two days in advance and must include the full rental fee and handling fee.
  • A minimum of 2 nights (holiday weekends a minimum of 3 nights) is required when making a reservation.
  • In case of cancellation deposits will be funded in full if cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to stay. a cancellation less then 30 days but more than 14 will result in a refund less the handling and one night's fee. Cancellations less then 14 days will result in no refund being issued. There are no funds due to weather.
  • Personal checks (with the exception of out of state checks) and major credit cards are accepted.  Charges occur at time of reservation.
  • A majority of campsites are rented on a first-come, first-serve basis. Sites can be rented more than 2 days in advance.
Camping Rules & Regulations
  • ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED WITHIN THE LAKE STEPHENS PARK BOUNDARIES!
  • One responsible person who has passed his/her 18th birthday shall be at each campsite.
  • Check out time is 12:00 noon.  Check in time is 2:00PM.
  • Quiet hours are from 10:00PM to 7:00AM.  However, please always be considerate of everyone around you at all times.
  • All Campers must register at the office.  Visitors not registered as overnight guests must vacate the park by 10:00PM.
  • The gathering of fire wood is not permitted.  Campers may bring their own or purchase it from the Camp Store .
  • No modifications are to be made to any campsite.  Digging, trenching, planting or other means is strictly prohibited.  No object may be driven into any tree, shrub, rock, sign, building or other object or structure in any RCRA campground..  No use of hay or straw.
  • The use of illegal fireworks is strictly prohibited.  All firearms prohibited.
  • The RCRA is not responsible for any loss or damages to equipment due to fire or any other cause.  Also, the RCRA is not responsible for any equipment left unattended.
  • All pets must be kept on a leash.  You must clean up after your pets.
  • All boats, jet skis, etc…and/or trailers must be parked in the designated areas.  Any of these vehicles at any campsite is not permitted without permission from RCRA Staff or Director.
  • Maximum speed limit in the park is 25mph unless otherwise posted.
